Welcome our new brother Ash 🎉!
Our new brother Ash was met by Chi in PolyU (The Hong Kong Polytechnic University). By God’s grace, Chi met him the very first day he is in Hong Kong for his Research Assistant role.
He was first invited to the Bible discussions to a topic “Courage”. Realizing that was what he wanted in life, he soon started to study the Bible. After the very first Bible study, he was deeply moved by the scriptures as that was what he was looking for life! An answer to “Does God exist?” and “What more can I do in life!”
After wrestling with scripture, he was deeply motivated to go back to his hometown to spread this good news. Resolved for a new life, the church went to Repulse Bay to see an incredible baptism.
The brothers and sisters shared words of encouragement as each of us saw the transformation he has undergone. After a word of prayer, the brothers plunged them into the water and everyone rejoiced with the song “I’ve Been Redeemed”.
