All glory to God for such breathtaking 2023 International Women’s Day in Hong Kong!
“Since you are precious and honored in my sight, and because I love you, I will give people in exchange for you, nations in exchange for your life.”
Isaiah 43:4 NIV
Inspired by the scripture Isaiah 43:4, the uplifting theme for this historical event is entitled “Precious” because every woman is precious in the sight of God!
This year’s event was thoughtfully orchestrated by our Hong Kong Church women leader, Themis, and with the help of every single incredible sister in Hong Kong and CT2. With only 15 sisters in Hong Kong, God blessed this special day of celebration with a total of 61 women in attendance where all the tickets were sold-out!
The audience was captivated by every word of our keynote speaker, Fang, who is the Women’s Ministry Leader of our CT2 Church. She shared powerfully about her past struggles including pursuing her degree at Harvard University that ultimately led her to seeking God!
In addition, a special music presentation by our dear sisters, Jess and Shaineh, took the center stage as they delivered one of the most heartwarming singing performance we have ever heard!
To conclude the event, a generous raffle of three beautiful gift baskets was presented and a cocktail dinner was served as a unique way to show our gratitude for everyone in attendance!
